Day 7 - Visit to the new WUST

A visit to the new WUST today was interesting. I learnt many new things about science and the history of WUST. I love the "museum" session most, where the China students brought us to their so called laboratory I would say and showed us many many many things that I have never encounter before in my life. It was a whole afternoon visit at the new school. We had our dinner at 5.20pm and had to finish by 6pm. My food doesn't taste good. I don't like it! I ordered 番茄鸡蛋面, I thought it was fried noodles. However, it turned out to be soup noodles. :( Today is Diyanah's birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D We celebrated her birthday in her room. Another cockroach was found in our room but Houng Sheng helped us kill it. Thanks!! :D My roommate cum group leader is having diarrhea. She is going to the toilet every 15-20 minutes and having picnic inside for 2-4 mintues. Hahaha. I hope she will be fine soon! Jiayou jiayou jiayou! :) And I did blog shopping today! Oh my god, too many things for me to see until I feel like buying everything. Hopefully, I won't overspent. I still got 4 weeks to go! :)


 Reflection

I feel very fortunate after visiting the laboratory today. Because I just realised that I'm so lucky to be alive. While walking around the lab, I saw dead bodies of a few babies. I find it very pitiful as they died even before they could get to see the real world. Yet, I'm always here complaining about the hot weather, about not having the best things, about having to study and more. I woke up at that moment when I saw the dead bodies of babies. I know I should really cherish everything in life and I will start doing that. I hope god will stop taking away the lifes of babies. I learnt a lot of new things today, especially about life.
