Day 10 - Free day We had no lessons today because we had to finish our project and present it to Mr Chia by 3pm. Basically, I stayed in the hostel the whole afternoon. At 7pm, we went out for dinner. This time, at 快乐饭店. Hehehe :) Then, we headed to the supermarket to buy some tidbits for our 3 days 2 nights cruise! Wooohooo, i'm looking forward to it! At 11.30pm, we went downstairs to light up our lantern (i don't know what exactly it is called). The minute it starts to fly up, I thought of my family and friends. I hope that they will be safe and sound forever. Just now, 1 of the room was locked with the keys inside. Lol. All of us thought that the 3 girls will have to sleep in other rooms for the night. However, 2 heroes came, namely Mr Chia and Liang Xun!!!! Hahahahah! They managed to open the door from outside! *CLAPS* Reflection This is already the 10th day that I've been away from home. Time flies, 1/3 of the trip is already over. No matter how much I miss my family, I will still persevere till the day I say "Goodbye China, Goodbye Wuhan" and happily head home. :) However, being away from my family also allows me to learn how to be independent and makes be stronger. Jiayou jiayou jiayou!!! I can do it! The foods in China are really very delicious. This is something I really have to praise. Hahahaha. Or maybe because I don't eat such good food at home? :P In this state, I will definitely gain a lot of weight at the end of this trip! :( I think most of my money are spent on food, rather than on items, for this 1/3 of the trip. Hahahaa. Can imagine how delicious the foods are? :) I have realized that I am so fortunate to be able to eat, even though if it is just rice and soup. Some other countries hardly have any food to provide to their people, hence resulting in people starving to death. I should really thank god for this! :) Some photos for the day.....
