Day 23

Today was another long day for me. In the morning, we had PM lessons. We were taught on communication and we had to load a program called SecondLife. It was so cool but the program couldn’t work on my laptop. What a pity!  We had no lessons in the afternoon because we had to work on our project. Thus, group B started working at 2.30pm. We went around the school to film certain places for our movie. Before starting on our project, I had my lunch somewhere outside nearby the school and I ate 炸酱面 because I was told that this dish is popular in Wuhan. At around 5.30pm, I went out with Jo and Yu Haw to 江汉路,步行街. This time, I finally found the right shopping place for me – STREET SHOPPING!!!!!! :D I found so many stuffs this time – bags, shirts, shorts etc….. I feel so ready to go back home now! My luggage was already nicely packed since the past few days. I couldn’t wait for this weekend’s trip – Wudang Shan!

Reflection

I feel like I’m spending money as if money is never-ending. I know this isn’t the right way to spend money anyhow but I just couldn’t stop buying things. Bargaining is allowed over here in China and I feel bad whenever I tried to bargain for a lower price. People earn for a living and here I am, trying to benefit myself by asking for a cheaper price. After experiencing bargaining in China, I am glad that bargaining is almost impossible in Singapore. This gives the poor a chance to be able to earn some profit to support themselves and their family.

♥stay tuned!
