Day 16 - 2nd Industrial Visit to Coca Cola Company Went to Coca Cola Company today! Yayyyy! Had been drinking coke for so many years, yet I do not know how coke is being made. Finally, I got the chance to understand the process of coca cola making today. :) When we first reach the place, we were asked to enter a "meeting room" whereby the staff there showed us a video on the Coca Cola Company. While watching the video, they served us with a bottle of coke. All of us were so happy as we got to drink a free bottle of coke! Yipeeee~ After the visit, we went back for OIE lesson - Presentation time! My group was the 3rd group to present so it was still alright because not all of the points were taken by the 1st and 2nd group. The presentation took about 2 hours as there were many groups waiting to present their work. I went out for dinner today because I was really hungry. Oh no, I'm growing fat! :( We have a test on Project Management on Monday, however, we don't seem to have the time to study. Busy schedule is back again......... :( Reflection Now I know that working is tiring. I went to the coke company today and saw the full process of coca cola making. Now, I know that it was made with full of complicated steps. Even though machines were used due to its high speed and capability, there were still workers found in the coco cola company. They were standing right beside all the huge machines and ensured that no errors were made. Once an error occurs, they had to stop the machine by clicking a button and correct the error before carrying on. This showed how tedious their job could be. Also, any minor error could lead to the company's loss in terms of reputation, status and profit. Therefore, this visit had enlightened me that working is not as easy as I thought. From here, I shall promise that I will be good to my parents and cherish them and really thank them for bringing me up so well for these 17 years. Group B :D Coca cola~~~~~ <3 Singapore Flag~ Me drinking the free coke! Yummy Yummyyyy! <3 The staff sitting there checking the bottles...... I'm trying to carry the big bottle...... =.= Everyone getting ready to go back.......
♥stay tuned! 9:38:00 PM
