Day 31 - Last 3 days in Wuhan

Today is Thursday! Early morning we woke up and got ready to go SHOPPING! Our favourite activity for these last 2 shopping trips. It rained today, which almost drove me crazy! Going out on a rainy day is really very inconvenient. Luckily, it only rained for a while so it wasn't that bad for me. In the morning, Mr Chia, Eudora, Michelle and I went to eat in a dumpling restaurant. Then at 12pm, we started shopping while Mr Chia went to Walmart. :) Whole day shopping from 12pm-9pm today! Shiok but tired! I went for pedicure today! However, it wasn't nicely done becaue firstly, they didn't soak our feet into water. Secondly, they didn't follow the normal procedure that we had in Singapore.

Reflection

The person who served me today for pedicure was a 18 year old girl. She is just older than me by 1 year. And I feel so shameful because she was already working at such a young age. At the same time, I feel that I am very fortunate because I am given a chance to study while I can. For the youngsters over here, some of them didn't even complete their secondary schools and have to go out to work to support their family. I really feel so fortunate to be a Singaporean!

♥stay tuned!
